Lyndell Danzie-Black is a multi-award-winning architect of transformation in the Caribbean; celebrated not only as a business leader, but as a nation builder and regional voice for inclusion, economic access, and women’s leadership. As Managing Director of Cerulean Inc – one of Guyana’s most trusted corporate training, project management and business consulting firms, she advises high-growth and high-stakes industries, strengthening leadership capability, elevating service culture, and preparing local teams for opportunity in new and emerging sectors. Her work fuels employability, competitiveness, and sustainable development across the region.
A champion of economic mobility, Lyndell co-founded the Caribbean’s first Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the 25 Influential Women Leaders Award – institutions that have redefined the landscape for women entrepreneurs. She also co-founded the nine-month Women Leadership Program, a premier executive leadership experience shaping the next generation of women leaders. In November 2025, She received the Global Recognition Award, affirming her impact as one of the region’s most influential leadership voices.
